Pastor Glen Blumer
|
Pastor Glen graduated from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, in 1983 and did his graduate work at Western Theological Seminary, graduating in 1986. He and his wife, Sally, were married in 1985. Glen accepted his first call to Coppersville Church in Muskegon, Michigan, were Glen served as Associate Pastor.
In 1990 Glen began his second call as Senior Pastor with Good News Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he served for 10 years.
In 2000, Glen and Sally, along with their two children, moved to Des Moines, Iowa, were Glen is currently serving as Senior Pastor of Crossroads Church.

Worship Coordinator David Larson
|
Ever since starting with the church choir in his local Methodist church while still in junior high,
David has shared in the joy of worshiping our Lord w/voice and keyboards.
After graduating in 1983 with a degree in Music Theory and Composition from WIU in Macomb, Illinois David traveled to
Des Moines where he spent 8 seasons with the Des Moines Playhouse Orchestra, Stoner Music theater, and several other
civic dramatic and production companies. After much searching and traveling he obtained a degree in Piano Tuning and
Technology in Sioux City, and moved to the Burlington Area for several years.
Returning to Christ in 1998 at Calvary Church in Des Moines, David now shares his passion with all who worship at Crossroads.
When hes not busy at Crossroads you may find him playing with the Red Sneaker Jazz Band, Tina Haase, or most recently the
Heritage Youth Choir.

Education Ministry Director Amber Kerby
|
Amber graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Psychology. She gained leadership and business skills as
a Financial advisor prior to joining our staff. Amber excels in her love
for the Lord, communication, and organizational skills. Her position
at Crossroads Church emphasizes the value that the church is made up of
people who are to use their gifts for Gods Kingdom. Having Amber focused
on equipping and mobilizing people is a key in fulfilling this Biblical
concept.

Office Manager Deb Shannon
|
Deb joins Crossroads Church after retiring from over 31 years in the telecommunications industry. She excels in
organization, computer and people skills. Deb's hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Bookkeeper Laura Lundy
|
Laura Lundy works Tuesdays from 9 AM to 2 PM and Thursdays from 1 - 3 PM. Laura lives in the Norwalk with her husband David and two sons.
