Need medical attention?
Stop by and see us — 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month, 6 pm to 7:30 pm
One of the ways we serve our community here at Crossroads is through our partnership with Free Clinics of Iowa. Every first and third Thursday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, we host a Free Medical Clinic that provides basic healthcare services to anyone who needs them.
We offer a variety of care, including:
Minor illness and injury care
Well-child exams (sorry, no vaccines)
School & work physicals
Diabetes blood glucose testing
Dental screenings (1st Thursday each month)
NEW! Foot clinic (starts August 2019, 3rd Thursday each month)
Blood pressure testing
Management of chronic health conditions
Pregnancy testing and care
You don’t need to be a Norwalk resident to use the FREE Medical Clinic, and no appointment is necessary. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, with registration beginning at 5:45 p.m. First patient is seen at 6 p.m.
